On the passage and enactment of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X)

Per Articles 33, 40, 41, and 46 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia and Clause 4 of the Osolian Governance Act (Osolian law no. 06/IX),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:


  • (1) The World Resets Act has received 10 vote(s) pro, 1 vote(s) against, and 0 abstention(s).
  • (2) The threshold to pass, per Article 41 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia, was one more than fifty percent of the members voting.
  • (3) The World Resets Act has therefore been passed by the Assembly with the requisite majority.
  • (4) The text of the Act is available on the Chiefdom of Osolia Google Drive.
  • (5) The Act is hereby enacted as Osolian law no. 02/X and enters into force immediately.

Per Articles 33, 40, 41, and 46 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia and Clause 4 of the Osolian Governance Act (Osolian law no. 06/IX),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:


  • (1) The Supermajorities Act has received 6 vote(s) pro, 2 vote(s) against, and 1 abstention(s).
  • (2) The threshold to pass, per Article 88 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia, was two-thirds of the members voting.
  • (3) The Supermajorities Act has therefore been passed by the Assembly with the requisite majority.
  • (4) The text of the Act is available on the Chiefdom of Osolia Google Drive.
  • (5) The Act is hereby enacted as Osolian law no. 01/X and enters into force immediately.

On the allocation of funding from the Osolian Public Investment Pool

Decision of the Chief's Council • Issuing authority:

OJCO no. 01/X

Per Clause 4 of the Public Investments Act (Osolian law no. 04/IX),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:

  • (1) The Chief's Council will use funding from the Osolian Public Investment Pool to construct a building for the Assembly of the Chiefdom, which shall serve as its seat and meeting place, among other functions.
  • (2) This execution of this decision may be suspended if a vote is commenced by the Speaker of the Assembly to block the allocation of funds as described herein.
  • (3) The funds allocated are as follows
    • (a) 768 DC (24 stacks of white concrete at 32 Diamond Cents per stack)
  • (4) Items acquired from the allocated funds which are not used during the construction of the Assembly building will be placed in the ownership of the Treasury of the Chiefdom.
  • (5) This decision shall be executed by the Chief, the Director of Infrastructure, and/or any other official designated by decision of the Chief’s Council.
