Per Articles 81 and 82 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia,

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:

(1) A regular general election shall be held on the 15th of October, 2025.
(2) Candidacy shall open on the 1st of October at 00:00 UTC on the my.osolia platform and close at the start of voting. Any Osolian national may register as a candidate and later rescind their candidacy.
(3) Voting shall open at 00:00 UTC on the my.osolia platform.
(4) Voting shall close at 00:00 UTC on the 17th of October, 2025.
(5) The electronic ballot counting system shall automatically and accurately output the results of the election, which will be officially reported by the Office of the Speaker.
(6) The twenty-four-hour appeals period, as required in the Osolian Elections Act (Osolian law no. 02/IX), begins upon the release of the results of the election by the Office of the Speaker or the Digital Osolia Office.
