Per Clause 21 of the Osolian Governance Act (Osolian law no. 06/IX) and Clauses 11-15 of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:

(1) The Sentimental Items Commission is hereby established as an independent agency of the Osolian government, whose establishing body is the Server Owner.
(2) The Sentimental Items Commission shall be responsible for approving or rejecting requests for the transfer of sentimental items from the current world to a new world.
(3) The leader of the agency shall be known as the Sentimental Items Chair and shall direct the work of the Commission.
(4) The Sentimental Items Chair may issue binding orders to regulate the organization and functioning of the Commission, insofar as these orders do not conflict with this Decision or other Osolian law.
(5) Michael Webb, an Osolian national with the in-game name "ByteOfMelon", is hereby appointed Sentimental Items Chair, as per Clause 13 of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X).
(6) The Sentimental Items Commission shall be a collegial body, and this Decision hereby appoints the following initial members to the Commission, while granting the Chair the power to appoint more members:
(a) tz_scion, an Osolian national with the in-game name "tz_scion";
(b) Hydrogen, an Osolian national with the in-game name "PredictionEngine";
(c) TriforceComet, an Osolian national with the in-game name "TriforceComet"; and
(d) awedball, an Osolian national with the in-game name "awedball545".
(7) Members of the Commission may not vote on their own sentimental item requests. The other members will make the decision instead.
(8) The Commission is also hereby bound to follow Clauses 11-15 of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X).
