Per Articles 40, 41, and 46 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia, Clause 4 of the
Osolian Governance Act (Osolian law no. 06/IX), and Clauses 9 and 10 of the World Resets
Act (Osolian law no. 02/X),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:

(1) The measure no. 03/X to reset the world is passed 9–0 with 1 abstention. The required threshold for passage, per Clause 3 of the World Resets Act, was three-fourths.
(2) Proposals for changes
(a) The proposal to set the world difficulty to Hard is passed 8–2.
(b) The proposal to ban the Nether for 2 months is passed 10–0.
(c) The proposal to ban the End for 4 months is passed 10–0.
(d) The proposal to ban villagers for 6 months is passed 9–1.
(e) The proposal to make provision for renewable sand through duping and plugin is passed.
(i) 6 votes pro both
(ii) 2 votes pro only through a plugin
(iii) 1 vote pro only through duping
(iv) 1 vote against either
(f) The Server Owner is hereby requested to implement the above proposals.
(3) Reauthorization of existing plugins
(a) The measure to reauthorize the Chairs plugin is passed 9–1.
(b) The measure to reauthorize the CoreProtect plugin is passed 9–1.
(c) The measure to reauthorize the DiscordSRV plugin is passed 10–0.
(d) The measure to reauthorize the Dynmap plugin is passed 9–1.
(e) The measure to reauthorize the EssentialsX plugin is passed 9–1.
(f) The measure to reauthorize the GeyserMC plugin is passed 10–0.
(g) The measure to reauthorize the ImageMaps plugin is passed 10–0.
(h) The measure to reauthorize the LuckPerms plugin is passed 9–1.
(i) The measure to reauthorize the OpenInv plugin is passed 10–0.
(j) The measure to reauthorize the SandBounties plugin is passed 7–3.
(k) The measure to reauthorize the SystemChat plugin is passed 10–0.
(l) The measure to reauthorize the Unite/Vault plugins is passed 10–0.
(m) The measure to reauthorize the ViaBackwards and ViaVersion plugins is passed 10–0.
(n) The Server Owner is therefore requested to make no change to the existing plugins as outlined above.
(4) Authorization of new plugins
(a) The measure to authorize the addition of the TeaWaystones plugin is passed 7–3.
(b) The measure to authorize the addition of the PatPat plugin is passed 8–2.
(c) The measure to authorize the addition of the Clumps plugin is passed 9–1.
(d) The measure to authorize the addition of the Orebfuscator plugin is passed 8–1 (1 abstention).
(e) The measure to authorize the addition of the Custom Models plugin is passed 8–1 (1 abstention).
(f) The measure to authorize the addition of the StackMob plugin is passed 8–2.
(g) The measure to authorize the addition of the Mob Heads plugin is passed 10–0.
(h) The measure to authorize the addition of the Players Drop Heads plugin is passed 8–2.
(i) The measure to authorize the addition of the Backpack Plus plugin is passed 7–3.
(j) The measure to authorize the addition of the “mcMMO” plugin is defeated 3–7.
(k) The measure to authorize the addition of the Ultimate Tree Feller plugin is passed 5–3 (2 abstentions).
(l) The Server Owner is hereby requested to implement the above proposals.
(5) The measure to repeal the Temporary Economic Measures Act (Osolian law no. 01/IX) is passed 9–0 (1 abstention). The Act is hereby repealed.
