On the passage and enactment of the Emergency Powers Act (Osolian law no. 4/X)

Per Articles 33, 40, 41, and 46 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia and Clause 4 of the Osolian Governance Act (Osolian law no. 06/IX),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:


  • (1) The Emergency Powers Act has received 5 vote(s) pro, 1 vote(s) against, and 1 abstention(s).
  • (2) The threshold to pass, per Article 41 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia, was one more than fifty percent of the members voting.
  • (3) The Emergency Powers Act has therefore been passed by the Assembly with the requisite majority.
  • (4) The text of the Act is available on the Chiefdom of Osolia Google Drive.
  • (5) The Act is hereby enacted as Osolian law no. 4/X and enters into force immediately.

THIS DECISION IS BINDING UPON PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE CHIEFDOM.
