On the dismissal of the Acting Speaker

Per Article 37 of the Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia,

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:


  • (1) The Acting Speaker is dismissed.
  • (2) The elected Speaker resumes the powers and duties of the office.


THIS DECISION IS BINDING UPON PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE CHIEFDOM.
