(2) The primary purpose of the Department shall be the handling of the legal matters and issues of the Chief's Council.

(1) A regular general election shall be held on the 15th of August, 2025.
(2) Candidacy shall open on the 1st of August at 00:00 UTC on the my.osolia platform and close at the start of voting. Any Osolian national may register as a candidate and later rescind their candidacy.
(3) Voting shall open at 00:00 UTC on the my.osolia platform.
(4) Voting shall close at 00:00 UTC on the 17th of August, 2025.
(5) The electronic ballot counting system shall automatically and accurately output the results of the election, which will be officially reported by the Office of the Speaker.
(6) The twenty-four-hour appeals period, as required in the Osolian Elections Act (Osolian law no. 02/IX), begins upon the release of the results of the election by the Office of the Speaker or the Digital Osolia Office.

Per Clause 21 of the Osolian Governance Act (Osolian law no. 06/IX) and Clauses 11-15 of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:

(1) The Sentimental Items Commission is hereby established as an independent agency of the Osolian government, whose establishing body is the Server Owner.
(2) The Sentimental Items Commission shall be responsible for approving or rejecting requests for the transfer of sentimental items from the current world to a new world.
(3) The leader of the agency shall be known as the Sentimental Items Chair and shall direct the work of the Commission.
(4) The Sentimental Items Chair may issue binding orders to regulate the organization and functioning of the Commission, insofar as these orders do not conflict with this Decision or other Osolian law.
(5) Michael Webb, an Osolian national with the in-game name "ByteOfMelon", is hereby appointed Sentimental Items Chair, as per Clause 13 of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X).
(6) The Sentimental Items Commission shall be a collegial body, and this Decision hereby appoints the following initial members to the Commission, while granting the Chair the power to appoint more members:
(a) tz_scion, an Osolian national with the in-game name "tz_scion";
(b) Hydrogen, an Osolian national with the in-game name "PredictionEngine";
(c) TriforceComet, an Osolian national with the in-game name "TriforceComet"; and
(d) awedball, an Osolian national with the in-game name "awedball545".
(7) Members of the Commission may not vote on their own sentimental item requests. The other members will make the decision instead.
(8) The Commission is also hereby bound to follow Clauses 11-15 of the World Resets Act (Osolian law no. 02/X).

(2) The Languages Commission shall promote, preserve, and develop Osol, the national language of the Chiefdom, as well as other regional languages.
(3) The leader of the agency shall be known as the Languages Commissioner and shall direct the work of the Commission.
(4) The Languages Commissioner may issue binding orders to regulate the organization and functioning of the Commission, insofar as these orders do not conflict with this Decision or other Osolian law.
(5) tz_scion, an Osolian national with the in-game name "tz_scion," is hereby appointed Languages Commissioner.

THIS DECISION IS BINDING UPON PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE CHIEFDOM.

Per Clause 4 of the Public Investments Act (Osolian law no. 04/IX),

BE IT HEREBY ENACTED:
(1) The Chief's Council will use funding from the Osolian Public Investment Pool to construct a building for the Assembly of the Chiefdom, which shall serve as its seat and meeting place, among other functions.
(2) This execution of this decision may be suspended if a vote is commenced by the Speaker of the Assembly to block the allocation of funds as described herein.
(3) The funds allocated are as follows
(a) 768 DC (24 stacks of white concrete at 32 Diamond Cents per stack)
(4) Items acquired from the allocated funds which are not used during the construction of the Assembly building will be placed in the ownership of the Treasury of the Chiefdom.
(5) This decision shall be executed by the Chief, the Director of Infrastructure, and/or any other official designated by decision of the Chief’s Council.
